Q: What is Portabl's return and warranty policy?
A: Portabl's Slide device is guaranteed for two years (24 months) from the date of purchase. If the device is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. Q: How do I return my Portabl device?
A: For purchases made from Portabl.com, please contact our Customer Support for assistance. Please note that a return authorization is required for any exchange or return. Once you obtain a return authorization, we will provide you with all the necessary information related to the shipping label. You are responsible for securely packing the product and all the original contents.

Q: Does Portabl offer exchanges?
A: At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Q: What is the Right of Withdrawal?
A: EU residents have the statutory right to request cancellation of their order without giving any reason within 14 days of the date they receive the purchased items in their original condition. To exercise this right, contact Portabl Customer Support or send your request to us by mail. Please note that you must also return the goods to the specified address no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal request, as long as they are in their original, unused packaging and can be shipped to someone else without the slightest trace of use.

Q: What is Portabl's Limited Warranty?
A: By using your Portabl hardware product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of Portabl's two-year limited warranty ("Warranty"). This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that vary by state, country, or province. Portabl warrants its device and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Portabl's technical specifications and user manual for a period of two years from the date of original purchase by the end-user or purchaser. If during this warranty period a defect arises and you submit a valid claim to Portabl and follow the instructions for returning the Product, we will, at our option, either repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or refund the purchase price of the Product.
